50th Anniversary CelebrationThis was a great success, with about two hundred past and present members of the Group enjoying near perfect weather in Tusmore Park Ovalon Sunday 18th September. Some came from interstate for the occasion and events included an obstacle course built by the Venturers, a flag pole erected by the Cubs and a rope bridge across the creek erected by the Scouts. Plate breaking was very popular! In the hall, exhibits of memorabilia were on display plus an audio-visual spectacular that ran continuously all afternoon. |
